Eve, the Mother of All, is hiding out in Oregan. She is attempting to create the ultimate beast, which is a hybrid of other types of creatures.

Sam, Dean, Bobby, and Castiel investigate only to learn that Crowley is still alive. 

Eve wants Crowley dead and tries to bargain with the brothers. She reveals the fight is all about soul power.

Dean kills Eve, after ingesting Phoenix ashes and she bites him.

Bobby questions Castiel's loyalty and it is revealed that he and Crowley seem to be working together.
