Scott, Stiles and Derek attempt to find out who the Alpha is.  Scott tries to track down Allison's necklace, which has a symbol on it that might lead them to the Alpha.  Jackson interferes after dreaming about wolf's bane.  He wants Scott to turn him into a werewolf or he'll tell Allison about it.  He threatens him non-stop, until Scott explains that the Alpha has to bite him.

Stiles and Derek find out that the text message that was sent from Scott's phone came from a computer at the hospital.  When they get there, they find no one in the building and Derek's sick uncle out of his room.  It turns out that the uncle is the Alpha!  The Alpha beats Derek up and drags him out of the hospital.

Allison's dad and aunt see Jackson's neck scars from where Derek scratched him and wonder if he is the second Beta that has been running around the woods.
