- Amy is sick and per the Relationship Agreement, Sheldon takes care of her. She enjoys his attention and continues to be sick after she is feeling better.

- Howard has dinner with Bernadette's parents, but doesn't have anything to talk to them about. While eating, Bernadette suggests that Howard and her father go fishing together. Since Howard has never been fishing he turns to the guys for help, but none of them have been fishing either. So, they go to Penny. She teaches a reluctant Howard how to hook a worm and gut a fish. Neither Howard nor Bernadette's father, Mike, want to go on this trip. Mike suggests they go to the casino instead.
