When Penny's cable goes out, she starts going over the guys' apartment to watch America's Next Top Model. However, after violating some of Sheldon's arbitrary rules, he bands her from coming over. They have a little war including Sheldon hanging her laundry from a telephone wire outside the apartment. Penny wins when she gets Sheldon's mother's phone number from Leonard who makes him apologize to Penny.
Meanwhile, Wolowitz and Raj go on a quest to find the Next Top Model house. They use all their technology and find the location. They post as cable guys and manage to work their way into the house.
