Leonard, Wolowitz and Raj go out camping in the desert to see the Leonid Meteor Shower (which actually occured this week), but end up eating some pot cookies given to them by some hippie middle school teachers camping nearby.  The boys spend the rest of the trip scrounging for food and rambling about some of the funniest pot-induced conversations we've ever heard.  The end up missing the meteor shower as it goes on behind them when they forget just why they're there.

Meanwhile, when Penny slips in the shower and dislocates her shoulder, she's forced to scream for Sheldon for help.  She makes him dress her, where he can't help but sneak a peak and cop a feel, and then drive her painfully slow to the ER.  After getting her fixed, he takes her back loaded with painkillers and puts her to bed where they sing "Soft Kitty" in rounds.

The episode title, "The Adhesive Duck Deficiency," comes from the lack of anti-slip pad on the bottom of Penny's shower.  Sheldon has one with whimsical ducks on his.
