Lucrezia is to be married to a Sforza as Rodrigo continues to create healthy relationship outside of Rome. Unfortunately for the bride and her mother, Vanozza is not allowed at the wedding because of her past. Because Rodrigo never barred her from the after party, Cesare brings his mother to the reception, which causes a scene.
Della Rovere continues his adventure to turn everyone against the Pope. This time he heads to Florence to ask them to do nothing when others invade through their territory. Cesare and Micheletto had another follow Della Rovere to find out what he was up to, but the Cardinal figures the spy out and kills him.
