The Pope is seeing other women while his mistress, Giulia, is away. Giulia notices the Pope taking a liking to an apprentice disguised as a boy, so she invites the girl to their bedroom.
Cesare and Juan are fighting like brothers do. They then get into an actual duel, and Cesare nearly kills his brother.
King Charles wants to get back at whoever wronged him, so he sends his men to find Prince Alfonso. They bring him back to the King, and Charles asks for a tour of the Prince's father's dungeon. King Charles tortures the boy with a number of cruel machines.
