On this week’s episode of the Defenders…

Last week’s minor case involving a food allergy that led to death took the forefront storyline of this episode.

Nick and Pete discover a similar case involving EMTs dosing a person with the wrong amount of epinephrine. They determine that Galloway Pharmaceuticals is at fault with its confusing packaging.

They decide to try the new case first, so it might help the latter. Unfortunately, this makes the second client upset. She hires a new lawyer to sue the EMTs instead of the pharmaceutical company.

Through the use of a clever ploy, Nick and Pete win their case despite the negative outlook.
