- Will and Diane go against Alicia and Cary in a mock trial. The fourth years hold nothing back and beat the partners.
- The equity partners vote to renege on their offers to the fourth years for partnership. Alicia and Cary with the other fourth years try to make the partners nervous they are going to leave. It works, but the equity partners decide to only award one new partnership to Alicia. She talks to Cary and decides to take it.
- Elsbeth tries to get the case thrown out against Eli due to an inadequate wiretap. It doesn't work, so Eli agrees to be wired to get evidence against Jordan. Instead of talking to Jordan, Eli gets proof that the wiretap paperwork was illegally changed.
- Alicia and Will fight and then kiss.
