-Antonio's body is found locked in a metal box and handcuffed in an old factory. He'd been missing for months.

-When Antonio found that money was being stolen from his company he brought it to his boss, Ben.  Ben killed Antonio to cover up his crime.

-Red John leaves Jane an anniversary card on the 9th anniversary of his family's murder. He also sends a little girl to ask Jane if he gives up yet.

-Jane tells Lisbon he's done chasing Red John and burns all of the files.

-Jane locks Ben in a coffin and nearly kills him to make him confess.  When Wainwright suspends Jane, Jane taunts him until he gets fired.
