Mindy scrambles to find just the right costume for Josh's Halloween party. Danny is cryptic when he and Jeremy leave work early. Mindy runs into Tom and the two reconcile, but Mindy later learns that he and his wife are having a baby. Danny and Jeremy get their drivers' licenses together. Mindy plans to stay in but rallies at the end of the night to meet Josh who surprises her with his choice of costume.
