While the staff is distracted by Halloween costumes and festivities, Michael must decide which office member he will lay off to meet company downsizing goals. As a joke, Jim and Pam upload Dwight's resume on job search websites, while Pam suggests perhaps Jim could get a better-paying job somewhere else as well.
