The Dunder Mifflin staff heads to Chili's for their annual awards ceremony, "The Dundies." Michael hosts the evening's event, where ridiculous (and often rude) award categories and intoxicated co-workers make for a lot of awkward moments, muc beer and a quite unusual atmosphere.
