In the cold open Pam gives a lecture about being clean in the office and Dwight claims that you stay healthy by getting germs on you.  Sneezing and coughing on Dwight ensues.

The entire Dunder Mifflin crew heads to church for baby Cece's Christening.  Michael wants to be the godfather but is turned down. Everyone at the church gets invited to Pam and Jim's intimate reception.

All of the extra people eat all of the food at the reception, so everyone gets upset about it.  Michael wishes that the Dunder Mifflin people had as much fun as the missionaries, but no one else wants to do anything.

Michael decides to join on the mission bus to Mexico.  Andy joins him, but then they both immediately regret the decision and make the bus stop.

Dwight tries to sell paper and printers to everyone at the church.

Jim loses Cece at the reception and then claims that Angela stole her.  Pam's mom had the baby the entire time.
