Andy, lacking in sales since forever, decides to hold a small business seminar.  He enlists the other salesmen to help him out, but they all flake on him, so Kelly, Kevin and Creed speak at the seminar to mixed results.

Michael plans to be the plant at the seminar to make Andy look good, and wants to do it in character.  He gets Holly to join him so they can act as a Greek couple.

Erin has been playing Scrabble with Gabe and she never wins.  The winner gets to pick the movie they watch, so she gets Oscar and Pam to help her beat Gabe. Erin puts in the last word herself, but screws it up so she loses.

Jim avoids the seminar the entire day because a childhood friend is there.  He is afraid of the guy because when they were kids Jim told him he was too dumb to be his friend.  When Jim runs into the guy in the kitchen, the friend gives Jim a hard time for not being the smartest guy ever.
