Robert's wife wants to go back to work, so he tells her that she can work at Dunder Mifflin Scranton.  He tells Andy that he does not want her working there.  Robert pleads his case to Andy to hire his wife while she is in the room, but begs her to keep her away while she's not listening.  Andy tries his best, but can't help but tell Mrs. California the truth.  She gets upset with her husband and leaves the office.

Meanwhile, Dwight sets up a gym in the building to make money, and help Darryl get in shape.  Darryl doesn't like Dwight's philosophies as the manager of the gym, but continues to use it in order to look good for Val.
