Kim and Kyle Richards fight over Kim’s dog Kingsley who bit Kyle’s daughter, Alexis’ hand last Halloween and the girl ended up in the hospital for five days on an IV drip due to infection. Kim is furious because Kyle posted pictures of her kids at the hospital on Instagram. Kyle says she made no mention of Kim’s dog in those post but many figured out what had happened. Kim threatens to expose some horrible secret concerning Kyle's kids and never apologizes for the bite but worries about her dog and her own family.

Lisa Vanderpump encourages the Richards sisters to be try and work on their relationship and at least be there for one another with upcoming events like Kim’s daughter’s wedding and Monty’s illness because if they don’t, they will regret it in years to come.

Lisa Rinna wins the season prize for dropping the most F-bombs, taking top honors away from Brandi Glanville. Lisa says her husband, Harry Hamlin has already given her a lecture on the subject of watching her language.
