Ramona is back in New York city and plans to celebrate all week long with her 30 plus girlfriends. She throws herself a birthday dinner with all of them.

Bethenny sees her therapist, Dr. Amador. After a failed talk show and a failed marriage, she’s having trouble opening up to new people. Bethenny visits Miami and her friend Teri. She talks about her step-father who used to beat her mother. He had a gambling and drug problem. She hasn’t seen him in years but he’s trying to reconnect. Because he is the one father-figure who loved her and she wants her daughter to be connected to her family. 

Her own mother doesn’t have contact with her. John tells Bethenny that her mother never wanted a child, whereas Bethenny adores her daughter. Then John says he was angry with Bethenny because she didn’t talk to him for over 20 years. It’s sad that she keeps have to reminding him that she was the child in this scenario. 

LuAnn’s daughter, Victoria is showing at the Basel Art Center in Miami. It’s a naked self-portrait. LuAnn and Bethenny look around the art show and find a man dressed as a clown. He wants people to spend $3 to feed him. It’s performance art and kind of creepy.

Heather takes Kristen, LuAnn, and Ramona to a boxing match. Kristen gets spit and sweat on her. Heather meets them afterwards. 

Carole and Adam are still together and LuAnn is upset. Carole thinks LuAnn is being a hypocrite when she knocks the relationship because Adam is 28-years-old. 

Carole says it took her four years to writer her novel. She owes her publisher a book and she’s overdue. 

Ramona worries that John is with Dorinda for her lifestyle and not because he cares about her.
