Bethenny and Ramona decide that it's toes before hos as they get pedicures in preparation for their trip to Turks and Caicos. The experience has Ramona on the war path as she confronts Kristen about getting in Bethenny's face abou the trip. Turns out that Bethenny has to leave a day early to be back in New York City for her little girl's recital. Kristen wanted to know if that meant they all had to change the trip dates. Bethenny ends up in tears as she explains she doesn't want to lose any more time with her daughter.

LuAnn is about to launch her own sportswear line and invites the ladies to her photo shoot as well as her launch party. Earlier the ladies debate Sonja's loose, drunken behavior. The night before, LuAnn made sure not to leave Sonja as she threw herself at strange men at a club. She even got very flirtatious with Dorinda's boyfriend, John. The women try to decide how to handle Sonja's excessive drinking. They choose to wait and observe her while on vacation before making any decisions.
