Recap

When Krusty wins the Nobel Peace Prize, he brings along his easiest laugher, Homer, to be in the audience.  Homer ends up bringing Bart, but they soon find out Krusty is actually being brought to Europe for crimes against their continent.  Bart and Homer find a defense video of some good Krusty inadvertently did for Europe.

Meanwhile, Marge takes Lisa to a performing arts camp where the Giee kids are fellow campers and The Flight of the Conchords' Brett and Jermaine are the counselors.  Lisa becomes obsessed with being an artist and runs away to visit the counselors in Sprooklyn, where she learns they're actually just poor sandwich artists.  She when she loses faith, the boys put up a poster that marks Sprooklyn as the future home for Lisa.
