When Bart wants a new bike, Homer tries to mimic the father of a 1980s sitcom he becomes obsessed with. After failing to get Homer to buy him one, Bart ends up trading nuclear trade secrets from the power plant to exchange with the Chinese for the bike. Homer ends up surprising Bart with the bike, so Bart tries to reverse his exchange with the Chinese. It's too late, but Bart swallows the memory chip with the info, so Homer agrees to help the Chinese to get Bart of trouble. The power plant he helps them build blows up.
