Bart and Lisa go to Kamp Krusty for the summer, but discover the director, Mr. Black, is an evil accountant. While Homer is enjoying life without the kids, losing weight and regaining his year, Bart is miserable and holding out hope that Krusty himself might still arrive. When that doesn't happen, Bart takes over the camp until Krusty comes and takes the kids to Mexico for fun.
