After damaging Milhouse's  hair, Bart shaves his best friends head and notices Milhouse now looks remarkably similar to his father, Kirk. Bart dresses up Milhouse as his father, using his tie to deepen Milhouse's voice. The two boys take advantage of Milhouse's adult status by renting a truck, buying booze for the local bullies, and voting in the local election. Bart tries to use Milhouse to help Lisa go to a jazz club downtown, but the kids are unable to get the money they need to get in. They stop by a condo sales pitch to get a free breakfast and are finally tracked down by Homer and Marge.
