Stephen is asked to plant a back door dongle into Ultra's mainframe, and Ultra uses this to draw out The Tomorrow People - capturing Cara in the process. Stephen is able to rescue Cara by stopping time and injecting her with saline instead of the drug that strips them of their powers.

Stephen turns to Cara and John about helping a friend is in trouble. While they initially tell Stephen not to interfere, Stephen does so anyways leading Astrid to see Stephen teleport.

Back in his room, Astrid confronts Stephen who denies everything. Astrid tells Stephen she'll figure it out with or without him.
