The Young and the Restless Episode Recap

PART I -- J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) boasts to Brad about a DNA test he wants to have done on the baby but Brad says Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki can stop him. Victor orders Neil to make sure Nikki's loan is "called in" today. Nikki advises David that she can never live with Victor. Brad finally gets a chance to visit with the baby but is ordered to get out after an alarm is sounded.

PART II -- Brad decides it's time for a DNA test so decisions can be made. Gloria (Judith Chapman) panics when Jeffrey calls her by accident and he lets slip he was trying to reach Kay (Jeanne Cooper). Jeffrey meets with Kay and Jill who order Gloria and Kevin to get out. As they leave, Jeffrey leaks to Gloria that he's telling them everything.

PART III -- Kevin urges his mother to "get out of Dodge." Jeffrey admits to Gloria he will keep quiet if she marries him. Sharon (Sharon Case) returns home and announces to Jack that she spent the night with Brad. Admitting the committee voted to censure him, Jack reveals that if he doesn't resign from office, the senate will probably vote to impeach him.

PART IV -- Sharon blames him for creating this mess and then points out how this will affect an already defensive Noah. Jack insists he was trying to protect his family. When she stops by to visit Victoria (Amelia Heinle), she agrees to let Nikki stay in her house. Later, hearing Jack's going to resign, Sharon reluctantly agrees to accompany him to his press conference. Victor agrees to have a DNA test done.
