Maggie advises Jill (Jess Walton), Kay and Cane that further examination shows Ji Min's injuries may have been caused during a confrontation. She questions Cane who admits he argued with Ji Min but only grabbed his arm. Having heard on the intercom that Sharon kissed Nick while stuck in the bank vault, Jack confronts his wife but then returns to his office, confused about the entire matter. After Brad urges Sharon not to worry about the kiss, she stops by Jack's office and is taken aback when he pulls back from her kiss.
He later warns her that he knows about the kiss.

She claims "it just happened" but Jack admits he wonders if she slept with him too and points out she's lied in the past about it. Jack then warns Brad to stay away from his wife. Instead, Brad finds Sharon and warns that Jack threatened him. He also claims he's sorry Jack heard them chatting. Sharon then calls Nick to warn him. Phyllis again complains to the warden about how strange Jana is but he refuses to give her another cellmate and won't allow her to make anymore calls.

But when she hears Jana boast that she can call anyone she wants, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) asks her to call Nick in hopes that he'll figure out how worried she is.
Hearing about his mom's new cellmate, Daniel complains to Kevin about Jana taking up residence but Kevin points out that Phyllis isn't a saint. He also admits he can't do anything at the prison. Noah hears them arguing and panics when he hears Daniel state that Phyllis is bunking with a "killer."
He and Kevin downplay his concern but Noah knows they're lying about it and asks to see Phyllis. Instead, Nick approaches the warden and pleads for some help. McQueen claims Jana is a model prisoner but Nick suggests Phyllis will not cause more problems if he does her this one favor.
Phyllis worries when Jana's excited about her new book arrives.
