It's the first of the three-part finale on Top Chef Season 12 Episode 13!

The three finalists head to Mexico where they are invited to watch the final cook off of "Last Chance Kitchen" and find out which eliminated chef will rejoin the competition.

Then, chef Enrique Olvera introduces the Quickfire Challenge, where the chefs create a dish highlighting a prickly pear.

Afterward, their creativity is put to the test when the chefs are challenged to create a dish inspired by a local artist's work.
