Richard Blais and Mike Isabella fight it out during the finale of Top Chef. They get to open the restaurant of their dreams with three sous chefs each under them.
The eliminated chefs create amuse bouche to see who will cook with Richard and Mike as the two choose the chefs based on a blind tasting.
Richard opts for a surf and turf menu while Mike hearkens back to his Italian roots with his restaurant. And the winner is... Richard!
