Alan runs into Charlie's ex, Mia, at a coffee shop; Judith goes into labor.
Charlie is jealous when Alan begins to bond with Chelsea, until he realizes how he can take advantage of the situation.
Charlie reluctantly invites Chelsea to move in with him when her lease runs up.
Alan lets Chelsea set him up on a blind date with one of her friends... and it ends up being Rose!
Charlie is desperate to make sure Chelsea and Evelyn don't become friends after they accidentally meet.
After Chelsea finds naked pictures of another woman on Charlie's phone, Charlie, Alan, Gordon, Herb and Jerome (Michael Clarke Duncan) reminisce about their sexual experiences.
When Chelsea comes down with cold, Charlie tries to prove he can take care of her despite not wanting to. Jake dates a nine year old at school.
Charlie accidentally tells his girlfriend Chelsea that he loves her.
Chelsea goes to her ex-mother-in-law's funeral and ends up staying with her ex-husband. Meanwhile, Charlie gets an unexpected late night visitor.
Charlie finds himself in couple counseling with the girl, Chelsea, he's been dating. Alan finds himself overwhelmed with joy to see his brother in his former position.
When Alan feels unloved at his surprised birthday party he moves in with Melissa and her mother.
Judith is pregnant with a baby girl and Alan is convinced the baby is his. Charlie tries to figure out why Jake is in such a bad mood.
Charlie and Jake compete over a waitress; Alan and his receptionist, Melissa, try to fight their attraction towards each other.
When one of Charlie's old wing men (Emilio Estevez) dies while talking to Charlie, he rethinks his life and ends up almost proposing to Rose.
Evelyn offers to pay for Jake's college education and Alan sees no reason to work anymore. Meanwhile, Jake ends up finding a hidden cooking ability that might let him skip college.
Charlie fears for his life when Jake begins dating his neighbor's daughter and Alan gets a date at the Mercedes dealership.
When Charlie's girlfriend, Chelsea, asks him to spend the night, he feels out of his comfort zone. Meanwhile, Alan tries to follow through with Judith's punishment for Jake.
Alan tries to escape Judith's grip as Charlie and Herb go out on the town. To cover for Alan, Charlie messes with Jake.
When Judith kicks Herb out of the house, Alan swings by to pick up Jake's school book and ends up sleeping with her. While Judith cools off, Jake is sent to live with the guys for three months.
Charlie and Alan run into Jake's former teacher, Ms. Pasternak, who's now a stripper after her one night stand with Charlie. Charlie tries to help her out.
With Alan's car in the shop, Charlie is stuck driving Alan to work where he meets Alan's receptionist, Melissa (Kelly Stables).
Charlie tries to expand his interested and improve his sex life by picking up cooking. Alan tries to emulate Charlie by dating two women and once, and Jake does the same by drinking.
Alan goes to far to try and collect $38 he lent to Charlie and ends up getting kicked out and crashing with Herb and Judith; Evelyn gets Jake a job.
One of Charlie's ex-girlfriends shows up with a suppose love child of his that looks and dresses like him.
