Neal and Peter head to Manhattan Prep to uncover an embezzlement scam brought to their attention by a young man in danger of losing his scholarship who became wise to the scheme. While Peter plays potential paying parent at the school, Neal plays substitute teacher to hit another angle, the accused, Andy Woods, 16-year old daughter, Chloe.

At the same time Neal struggles to place himself back in Peter’s good graces after Elizabeth’s kidnapping, a position he earns through his demeanor and focus on the case at hand, and a little bit of encouragement by Elizabeth herself.
