Ryan panics when he holds Kristen's baby. He goes to the drug store to get something to calm himself down. The guy sells him some strong stuff and Wilfred gives it to Ryan unknowingly. He trips out bad, and finally realizes he was panicking because his sister used to tell him to stop crying when they were kids. Ryan realizes that he is sad, just like he used to be as a child.
