It's almost here!

We're less than a month away from our return to West Covina, and our window back into the lives of Rebecca, Josh, and the rest of the crew.

We're all dying to know what's ahead for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Season 2 just as much as you are, so we scoured the archives of the internet to put together as many tidbits as we could find about Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's sophomore season, including a few photos from the Season 2 premiere!

Not yet caught up? You can watch Crazy Ex-Girlfriend right here at TV Fanatic!

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend premieres on Friday, October 21st at 9/8c on The CW.

1. It Just Won 2 Emmy Awards

Add 2 Emmys to the already impressive stack of accolades that Crazy Ex-Girlfriend earned over its freshman year (including a Golden Globe and a Critic's Choice award), and the series becomes a true comedic force to be reckoned with. Is there anything that would ever lead us to believe the show's sophomore season won't meet (and exceed) our expectations?

2. Rebecca is Fixing Her Heart with a Band-Aid

The poster for Season 2 of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend suggests that Rebecca's shattered heart is being repaired by a band-aid. Are we to assume that the Band-Aid is actually a metaphor for her supposed happiness with Josh Chan, something that, let's be real, isn't enough to fix all of the broken pieces of Rebecca?

3. Darryl and White Josh Are THE Couple

The days of Team Josh and Team Greg are over, because Darryl and White Josh (That's JoshWhiteFeather, for all you 'shippers!) are the REAL 'ship to keep your eyes on this season, as the two will encounter new obstacles. Aline Brosh McKenna teased a glimpse of what's to come for the couple to TV Line, saying that the show won't “park” them and “have them be adorable.”

4. Rebecca and Josh Are Together...or at Least They're Screwing Like Bunnies

Following Rebecca's post-coital confession, many of us were curious about that look of fear on Josh's face. But as the trailer for Season 2 suggests, Rebecca and Josh can't seem to keep their hands off of one another. As shared by Entertainment Weekly last month, one of the song titles from the October 21 premiere is entitled, “We Should Definitely Not Have Sex Right Now.”

5. Brittany Snow is Melting Hearts

After Rachel Bloom announced that the Pitch Perfect star was making her way to West Covina, speculation immediately started about her character. While not very much is known about her role, or her relationship to the characters we know and love, there was a photo circulating of her on set that has since disappeared, which tells us... well, still nothing. BUT WE'RE SO EXCITED.

6. Is Scott Michael Foster Rebecca’s Potential New Love Interest

TV Line announced Scott Michael Foster's casting, and fans of the Chasing Life and Greek star collectively squealed with delight. What's interesting is the brief description given for his character, Nathaniel, a “lawyer from a prominent family,” and that, “when he collides with Rebecca and the people in her life, he affects everyone's future.” Even more intriguing? TV Line also suggests that Foster could potentially be made a series regular in Season 3, should The CW renew it.

7. Paula is Worried About Rebecca

Paula shares her worry over Rebecca in the trailer for Season 2, which makes us wonder what would be happening that would cause Paula to fret for her “cookie.” After all, if Rebecca and Josh are together, which Paula spent all of Season 1 designing, something big must be happening to cause anything but pure joy for Becks' bestie.

8. New Theme Song!

McKenna told TV Line that the show's credit sequences are, “thematic thesis statements of the season,”  and that Season 1 was, “all about denial.” Look for Season 2's new theme song to showcase Rebecca's changing feelings about Josh Chan, and her new outlook on their relationship. (PS: We're really hoping it's still animated!)

9. Greg Is Punching Someone in the Face

Did you catch that quick glimpse of Greg punching someone in the face in Season 2's trailer? Given his status when we last saw him, we can only assumed he's sobered up and filled with remorse for what could have been. Is he punching Josh? Doubtful. But we can't wait to discover who IS on the receiving end of that hit.

10. Petra? Is That You?

Yael Grobglas is leaving behind her Jane the Virgin roots for a bit to party it up with the cool kids in West Covina. Don't worry, she'll still be pulling punches as Petra, and it sounds like the same can be said of her time on Crazy Ex. She will play Trina, a young business woman who hires the Whitefeather and Associates group to represent her.

11. Rebecca is On a Journey…

Bloom said in an article with Out.com that the show is mapped out for 4 seasons of television (though to date, has only been renewed through Season 2), each dealing with a new chapter in Rebecca's life. Rebecca already dealt with denial in Season 1 and we're more than happy to follow her through the next stages of her life, which Bloom teased in that same article, “contains more of a Walter White descent into darkness now that Rebecca's secret is out.”

12. …That May Not Include Ending Up With Josh

Josh can't be the only driving force for Rebecca, as the show is really about people finding happiness and comfort in life. As Bloom told E! Online earlier this summer, “In some ways, this season is everything we've wanted to do with the show because now Rebecca is more open about why she's in West Covina and what she wants out of life. She's a little closer on the road to finding happiness, which may or may not include Josh Chan.”

13. More Homages and Parodies

According to Entertainment Weekly, expect to see nods to Beyonce's “Lemonade” as well as homages to the Spice Girls and Singin' in the Rain, and what looks like a Disney princess song for Paula. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend produced 39 catchy and heartfelt tunes last season. It already sounds like Season 2 is on that same track. (No pun intended.)

14. This Isn’t a Show About ‘Ships…Unless You’re #TeamBroctor

If you're watching the show because you 'ship Rebecca and Josh or Rebecca and Greg, you're doing it wrong. Let's face it; every relationship on the show is a just a little wrong. Everyone is on the road to emotional recovery in some way, shape, or form. That being said, there is one love story for Rebecca that never wavers, and that is the one between she and Paula, the real central relationship of the series. McKenna teased to TV Line that “the ramifications of everything they've been through start to shake out,” which means that #TeamBroctor needs to stay tighter than ever this season.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Quotes

Rebecca: Where are you from again?
Josh: West Covina, California. 91791!
Rebecca: West Covina, I remember that. That's near the beach, right?
Josh: Yeah, only two hours...well, four in traffic.

Dear God, I don't pray to you because I believe in science. But I don't know what to do. Give me guidance, please. Ah-men. A-men. Amen?
