In memory of Robin Williams, we remember some of his roles on television in this photo gallery.

1. Robin Williams - Mork and Mindy

Mork the alien got his own show and a house in Boulder, Colorado in 1978. In 1997 the episode "Mork's Mixed Emotions" made TV Guide's 100 Best Episodes list at #94. Na-nu na-nu and Shazzbot became populate words a the time, examples of Mork's language from Ork.

2. Robin Williams - Off the Wall

Off the Wall was an HBO stand up special featuring Williams on October 27, 1978. Henry Winkler and John Ritter were in the audience and Williams brought Ritter up on stage.

3. Robin Williams - Happy Days

Williams took the world by storm with is guest starring role as Mork from Ork during the series 5th season. He was so successful, it launched a spinoff.

4. Robin Williams - Late Night Talk Shows

Robin Williams has been a late night talk show staple for decades. Shown here on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, he was one of two guests on Johnny's penultimate episode on May 21, 1992. The other guest was Bette Midler, and there were no guests on the final airing.

5. Robin Williams - Homicide: Life on the Street

On January 6, 1994 Williams made a critically acclaimed guest appearance on the series as the husband of a slain tourist in "Bop Gun."

6. Robin Williams - Friends

Williams and Billy Crystal weren't written into the script for "The One with the Ultimate Fighting Champion," that aired May 8, 1997, but they were in the same building the day of filming and did a guest spot. Word is, all of their dialog was ad libbed.

7. Robin Williams - Law and Order: SVU

Williams guest starred on the series 200th episode in 2008 and was nominated for an Emmy for his performance as an engineer who tries to teach the public a lesson.

8. Robin Williams - Wilfred

In Wilfred Season 2 Episode 1, Williams guest starred as Dr. Eddy/himself -- Ryan's therapist.

9. Robin Williams - The Crazy Ones

Robin Williams most recently starred in The Crazy Ones with co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar, but it was his work with James Wolk that was truly magical.
