Suits fans rejoice, it's finally time for a new season!
Suits Season 5 Episode 1 opens up right where we left off, with Rachel and Mike celebrating their new fiancee status. Back at the office, Donna and Harvey have a bit of trouble adjusting to their new situation, as she starts work as Louis' assistant. Talk about your office politics. Plus, a new partner starts making waves with Jessica when he questions Harvey's place in the firm.

1. Donna Resigns - Suits Season 5 Episode 1
As we all know, last season ended with Donna leaving Harvey to work for Louis. Looks like she might be handing in her official resignation in this photo.

Mike and Rachel are officially engaged, and they've wasted no time celebrating that fact! Spending a morning in bed, enjoying their new fiancee status sounds like just the ticket for this happy couple!

As they decide how best to tell their loved ones their happy news, will Rachel have to say goodbye to her new ring? If their engagement takes a backseat to Mike's new case, they may want to keep the ring under wraps.

These two probably want to spend the entire day together, reveling in wedding plans and pre-marital bliss, but the real world calls. Parting is such sweet sorrow, but not as sweet as this adorable photo!

News of diamond rings and happy engagements must wait, as Mike and Harvey take on a new high profile case together. But good news is hard to keep to yourself, so I imagine someone will spill the secret sooner or later.

Rachel and Mike are back in the office, but a quick look at this photo confirms that Rachel's brand new engagement ring is nowhere to be found. How long will the happy couple sit on their news?
11. Louis and Harvey - Suits Season 5 Episode 1
Now that Donna has switched to team Louis, so to speak, will Harvey take it like a man, or return to goading Louis at every opportunity? We'd guess it's probably the first option, since Harvey never was a good loser.
12. Vince Sanfilippo - Suits Season 5 Episode 1
Harvey's big win against Forstman in the Season 4 Finale doesn't mean he can coast, and it's back to work for our boys. Their newest case involves an all new character, Vince Sanfilippo, played by Jere Burns.
13. Harvey and Mike - Suits Season 5 Episode 1
These two are back at it, with a new case for a new season. Details are still murky about Harvey and Mike's newest legal drama, but it's sure to be a nail biter like all the rest.
14. Dynamic Duo - Suits Season 5 Episode 1
We've missed these two and their snarky partnership during the break! Look forward to more of Mike and Harvey's signature witty repartee as we enter an all new season of Suits!
