Kyle Chandler Bio
Kyle Chandler has played bit roles in numerous television shows before landing the part of Eric Taylor on Friday Night Lights. Most recently - and notably - he appeared on Grey's Anatomy. The actor was also on the short-lived Rob Lowe series, The Lyon's Den.
He attended the University of Georgia, but was born in Upstate New York.
The actor has been nominated for a pair of impressive awards:
- 2006 Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series, Primetime Emmy Awards for appearance as Dylan Young in ABC's Grey's Anatomy
- 2007 The Television Critics Association Award Nomination for Individual Achievement in a Drama for Friday Night Lights
