Nina Dobrev plays Elena Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries.
This young beauty is of Bulgarian-Canadian descent. She resides in Canada and played Mia Jones, the single mother on Degrassi: The Next Generation. She remains good friends with her co-stars from that show, Cassie Steele and Miriam McDonald.
Dobrev loves volleyball, soccer, swimming, rock climbing, wake boarding and snowboarding.
