Richard Schiff is a veteran actor. He's probably best known for his role as Toby on The West Wing. He's also appeared on episodes of Burn Notice and In Plain Sight.
Schiff is married and has two kids. He has two brothers and dropped out of high school, but obtained an equivalency diploma.
