There is a logic to losing George. Of all the characters in the show he is the most sorted, and T.R.'s ability is not in question. The character needed develop, and could not do so in that location. I feel T.R. is bright enough and has enough awareness of who George is to see that, and now we are left looking forward to whatever he appears in next. I hope he does more TV/film work because I would not be able to get to the US to see a stage production. I am sure a bright career will continue to shine.

T.R., you're my favorite actor. I'm a fellow Midwesterner as well (Wisconsin), so ya know...
If you quit Grey's, I hope you return to Minneapolis so I can come see you act in a production. I'd love that so much. Or if you got in movies or another regular series to keep your name out there. You're wonderful, and you and your character deserve so much more. You're too talented for five seconds on screen, but even when you have such a short time you manage to steal the scene.
Love you!

Hey T.R.! I've watched three episodes in a row now and your chracter had maybe 2min on screen. And, at that, and yes I chuckled, as you were in the cafeteria and talking while eating to Christina.
I say, that if your character has been reduced to a vet for pig's, just leave. You've been steadily less air time, and what time you do have is left to "George" doing less and less.
TR, you have more talent than what is required from Shonda Land. And being a mid-west native, the proof is in the pudding. I am trying to say that if you leave the set of Grey's Anatomy, I wouldn't be at all surprised. Hell, the underground in Kansas City would treat you better than Grey's ever had!
You tell Shonda to f### off. You deserve way better than that!
