As previously reported, Jon Hamm will reprise his role as Dr. Drew Baird on the February 11, Valentine's Day-themed episode of 30 Rock.

But might he somehow not be the studliest stud on that week's installment?!?

The episode will reunite Liz Lemon will several ex-boyfriends, including Hamm's Drew; Dean Winters' Dennis Duffy; Jason Sudeikis' Floyd... and Jon Bon Jovi's Jon Bon Jovi!

Why do all these former flames pop up? Because "Liz is upset to learn Floyd is not only getting married, but is competing to get a free wedding on The Today Show," says star Tina Fey.

Why did Bon Jovi ever date Liz Lemon? That's harder to explain, but we can't wait to find out.

During his unusual guest-starring stint on General Hospital, James Franco is portraying an artist/killer.

When he debuts on 30 Rock on January 14, however, he'll portray someone a lot more familiar to fans: himself.

The talented, hilarious actor will appear on a few episodes of the NBC comedy, beginning with its return from a month-long hiatus. Franco is expected to start a romance with Jenna.

How does that storyline fit into whatever the heck is going on below? We have no idea. But it's sure to be hysterical.

Alec Baldwin has already romanced Edie Falco and Salma Hayek on 30 Rock.

What beautiful, big-name actress is next on Jack Donaghy's list?

Unless our eyes deceive us, it's a four-time Oscar nominee. Julianne Moore was spotted on the 30 Rock set this week:

No word yet on exactly what role Moore would play, but if she's involved in scenes with Donaghy, no doubt she'll be hilarious.

The latest rumors out of Studio 8H at 30 Rockefeller Center is taht Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) and Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) will be hooking up in a steamy porno flick.

We'll pause to let that one sink in for a moment.

Truth be told, it's not Jack and not Liz, but it is a sexy version of the two that goes down courtesy of a porno Tracy Jordan shoots next week. Yes, we're serious.

Here's the deal: If you remember Liz Lemon's "Dealbreakers" idea last season, that turns into a hit book and is primarily based on TGS' lovable nut job Tracy.

One rule reads: "If your husband wears a diamond-studded necklace that says 'open marriage' ... dealbreaker!" Needless to say, Tracy isn't please with her.

Naturally, he purchases the rights to her life story in retaliation, and decides to tell the story of Liz Lemon via porno. And naturally, he turns TGS into the set.

Liz and Jack are going to ... Get. It. On. In a manner of speaking.

As for other future 30 Rock quotes and scenarios on the horizon, two made-up celebrities die and Tracy thinks he's going to be next, thanks to the "celebrity rule of threes."

That said, he may try to off Betty White before he gets his.

Robert Carlock, executive producer of this ridiculousness, says "it's the scariest Halloween ever with Tracy trying to get another celebrity to die before him so he can live."

Broadway star Cheyenne Jackson joins the cast this fall. So far, he's been on for one episode, filling the void in the show of what Jack calls "real America."

Finally, a Halloween-themed episode is a Kenneth-tastic affair, with Jack and Liz going to Kenneth's hometown, Stone Mountain, Ga., for a talent search.

That shouldn't make a mockery of the South. Not at all.

Might this be the season of love on 30 Rock?

Earlier this month, Alec Baldwin said his character might finally find a wife.

Meanwhile, in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, Tina Fey reveals that Jane Krakowski's Jenna Maroney will get "into a high-profile relationship with a movie star that is arranged by their agnts."

The 30 Rock star adds that "we have a wonderful actor almost locked up" and "he's very handsome and very funny."

Matt Damon? George Clooney? Who could it be? Viewers will have to wait until at least October 15, when season three premieres, to find out.

What's the latest on 30 Rock this upcoming season?

First-time Emmy nominee Jane Krakowski (Jenna Maroney) tells TV Guide that one or two storylines from the spring will carry over into Season 4. Hmmm.

Might there be a legit romance for Jenna come October 15?

Jane hopes so, yet wonders, "What guy would follow in the footsteps of David Blaine, Dog the Bounty Hunter and a threesome with Roseanne and Tom Arnold?"

It's a fair question.

Also, we can only hope that Liz's ex Dennis Duffy, a.k.a. the "Beeper King," will be back yet again, a possibility that seems more likely now that Dean Winters has been replaced (by Steven Weber) on the midseason series Happy Town. Fingers? Crossed.

Any fan of 30 Rock knows that removing Jack Donaghy from the fold would leave pretty much no show. Well, we had better brace ourselves for that prospect eventually. After nearly quitting after its first season, Alec Baldwin is again talking retirement.

The man who plays and utters so many awesome 30 Rock quotes as the incomparable Jack Donaghy is reportedly ready to pack it in, but not for three more seasons at least.

On his retirement after 30 Rock, the actor tells Playboy: “I'm done in 2012. In March 2012 I’ll wake up and say, ‘What am I going to do now? Am I done?’ I think I will be done. I may finish a play or something, but I'm retiring at the wrap party.”

He sounds fairly confident of this. Oh well. At the very least, that's six full seasons into 30 Rock at that stage, and if it hasn't jumped the shark by then, we will be truly lucky!

Of the many guest stars this season on 30 Rock, we had a clear favorite. But is Jon Hamm, who played Liz Lemon's bubble-dwelling boyfriend Dr. Drew, ever coming back?

Sadly, it looks like Hamm's hamming it up on 30 Rock is a thing of the past. He told E! at an NRDC environmental charity event that he doesn't see a return happening:

"I don't think so. I'm certainly not going to rule anything out because those decisions aren't up to me and I had a blast doing it. I have to get going on season three of Mad Men; we'll be starting that in a couple of weeks, so I'll be pretty taken up this summer."

The good news, of course, is that season three of Mad Men premieres August 16.

The season finale of 30 Rock is shaping up to be a musical affair.

And a guest star-laden one. We know you must be shocked at both.

The NBC comedy has lined up a roster of musicians for its season finale on Thursday, May 14. So far, the network says only that the third campaign's finale will be a "special episode featuring Alan Alda (M*A*S*H*, The West Wing) and surprise musical guests."

Alan Alda is scheduled to appear in the season's final two episodes.

In the finale, he'll be joined by music stars Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow, Mary J. Blige, Clay Aiken and Adam Levine. Sherri Shepherd will also be reprising her recurring role as Tracy's wife.

Whether all those guests will boost the show remains to be seen.

A few of the 30 Rock guests this season - notably Salma Hayek (above), who will be back this Thursday - have blended in seamlessly with the show, but others (Steve Martin, Jennifer Aniston) haven't been as successful and seemed like stunts.

30 Rock is always the best, but it has been having a particularly great run of episodes lately. So what's coming up next on NBC's hit comedy starring Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin?

On April 23, Jack drags Liz Lemon to a jewelry store to shop for engagement rings, and Salma Hayek returns as Elisa, his pretty domestic servant lover from earlier this season.

Coincidence? We think not. But what will actually transpire with Jalisa? If 30 Rock has taught us anything, it's to always expect the unexpected. And the completely absurd.
