Annie ran over a homeless man and killed him to conclude season one of 90210.

Ironically, this became the storyline that simply won't die. Fans have been distressed with the length of time it dragged on for, as well as the fact that it culminated in... nothing. Annie simply decided to confess to her parents on the season finale.

In an interview with The Los Angeles Times, though, Shenae Grimes says there's STILL more to come.

"I was really happy with the way our show runner, Rebecca [Sinclair], chose to handle the situation," she said. "While everyone else [was] going through their momentary incidents and dramas, this [was] kind of lingering with me the entire season, which was kind of daunting.

"She really played up the subtlety. But, we do finally get closure for Annie, or at least we think we do. Of course, no show will end in that pretty little package. So there are many surprises that you’ll see."

Please, 90210 writers, make them worthwhile.

Grimes said the storyline's resolutions will bring in other characters, as well. Here are more snippets from the interview:

On the involvement of other characters: "We’ve gotten the hint that it may involve Teddy because of the whole license plate thing at the very beginning of the season... It does play kind of a key factor in the resolution of it all or the lack thereof. But it certainly involves more people and hopefully takes the onus off of Annie’s shoulders."

Will Jasper return? I have no idea. There’s no real indication as to where the character will go.

On Annie and Liam: The story doesn’t really evolve the way you think it will. They’re kind of misleading you a bit. The relationship and the closeness that Annie and Liam are forming is much more than just any physical attraction... I don’t think it will be the demise of Naomi and Annie again.

The CW has released a pair of May Sweeps posters for 90210 and each reveals a major spoiler to come over the final season two episodes.

First, we hate to break this to Navid and Adrianna (Nadrianna?) fans, but the couple's seemingly obvious path back to one another is about to hit a major obstacle. A major, handsome obstacle that is - and his name is Javier:

Meanwhile, it looks like Liam and Annie will soon grow closer, especially when the latter reveals her major secret to the former (while making the only face Sheane Grimes knows how to make, of course):

A trio of meetings with men are at the center of next week's 90210 episode:

• Silver has a formal talk with Spence Montgomery, as Teddy invites her over for a barcecue.
• Adrianna meets Javier, a pop star with whom she hits it off. (Sorry, Navid)
• As this hilarious clip depicts, Adrianna and Navid run into Ryan - and the dude is really hungry!

The May 4 episode is titled "Meet the Parent" and, of course, we'll review the hour in depth, adding the latest 90210 music and quotes from the installment soon after it airs.

Only three 90210 episodes remain until this show's second season finale. It's sad but true.

While fans discuss what they want to happen, or what they think will happen, in our 90210 forum, The CW has released the official description for the May 18 episode.

It will be titled "Confessions" and here's what the network says will go down:

Teddy discovers that Spence tried to bribe Silver and takes it upon himself to seek revenge in a most confrontational way. 

Annie and Liam test out the waters with his new boat, where they share their darkest secrets.  Little do they know that someone is nearby and decides to share an explosive flame of gasoline with Liam’s boat.

No way 90210 would kill off Liam or Annie on the season finale... right?

It's SAT time on 90210 on April 27. Or studying-for-SAT time, at least.

But the impending arrival of this test creates an obstacle for Teddy and Silver: he doesn't want to go to college.

Also on tap on the episode "Multiple Choices?" Dixon and Ivy go on a real date; Liam bonds with his father; and, as this promo reveals, Naomi's receives an unwelcome surprise.

JEN: She's definitely coming back this season, that much is confirmed. Might she have startling news for Ryan?

DEBBIE: Her and her Yoga teacher are getting close, and Rob Estes is leaving the show. Could Harry pack up and move away because his wife's affair results in a pregnancy?

KELLY: She hasn't been seen in awhile, but is expected back for one final episode. Perhaps she's visiting Dylan. We all know the physical chemistry these two have always shared.

We've had the pleasure of interviewing 90210 new comer, Trevor Donovan, for a second time.  Donovan, of course, plays Teddy, the player gone monogamist with Silver.

Donovan gave us a preview of what we can expect with his character in future episodes and what to expect from the highly-anticipated season finale.  We thank Trevor Donovan for his time and enjoy the excerpt below:

TV Fanatic: What has the transition from soap opera to primetime been like?
Trevor Donovan: Well it's been fantastic.  I'm loving working on the show.  It's easier, to tell you the truth.  On a soap opera you're shooting an entire episode every day and this takes a good week so you have more time to work on scenes and stuff.  It's been great.

TV Fanatic: 90210 took a long hiatus before returning in March. Was there any fear this would halt momentum or cause the show to lose viewers?
Yeah, there was a little bit of concern.  The network knew what they were doing.  There were a lot of time the other shows on different networks at the same timeslot, so we weren't fighting for ratings.  a little bit of concern, i think it worked out just fine.  it brought all the viewers that might have missed prior episodes up to speed.  and now we're up and running.

TV Fanatic: Talk about Teddy. When he first came aboard, he was an arrogant jerk, but we've seen more layers of him little by little. Will we be learning more about the character?
My father comes into picture, not only does that bring in another storyline, but you'll definitely see a different side of my character.

Wow, next week's episode of 90210, "Clark Raving Mad" looks like quite the crazy episode.  Between Naomi going to war against the new Blaze faculty advisor and Adriana and Gia sharing their first kiss, you'd think that'd be enough.

Not for 90210.  We alsol have Liam catching his stepfather cheating on his mother and solving the situation with his fists.  In other adultery news, Debbie joins Kai for some tea after yoga and he oversteps his bounds.

Elsewhere on the Wilson front, Dixon continues to bond with his birth mother, while Annie tries her hardest to get rid of her good-natured stalker, Jasper.  To get a little more of a tease from the episode, watch the following clip:

While we've already told you the 90210 season finale will be all about Naomi, Shenae Grimes has weighed in, saying "the finale is so shocking that you'll never see it coming."

Grimes tells E! Online: "I did a hit-and-run, so you wouldn't think it could get much worse, [but] it's going to give everyone a new leaf to turn when we're back next season."

E! Online, who has already seen upcoming 90210 screeners, also confirms there will be more Jasper.  Even though Annie stood up to him, Jasper's crazy streak will continue, possibly getting someone killed off.  Even when Annie is ready to turn herself in, Jasper's desire to maintain a grip on her will stop her from doing so.

Soon, we'll also be hearing Jessica Lowndes singing, as Gia convinces Adrianna to share her vocal talents via a chick band.  Things get bad for Adrianna when one of her bandmates ends up dating Navid. Awkward!
