  • Eva La Rue as Maria Santos;
  • Eden Riegel as Bianca Montgomery
  • Laurence Lau as Greg Nelson;
  • Taylor Miller as Nina Cortlandt Warner;
  •  Leven Rambin as Lily Montgomery;
  • Julia Barr as Brooke English.

Which of these former stars are you most excited to see again?

Eden Riegel Won't Return to All My Children

Sorry, All My Children fans.

After careful consideration, Eden Riegel won't be rejoining the soap opera after it relocates to Los Angeles in the near future. She Tweeted yesterday:

Hey Guys, not-great news to share. Looks like it isn't going to work out for me going back to AMC when they move out to LA. I'm very sad...

Riegel isn't alone in this decision. Thorsten Kaye is also leaving All My Children.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos to Appear on All My Children

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are returning to All My Children in very early 2010.

The married couple will help the show on which they each formerly starred celebrate its 40th anniversary. Ripa made the surprising announcement on today’s edition of her popular morning show.

Ripa played Adam’s Chandler’s daughter Hayley Vaughan from 1990-2002.

Consuelos then joined the soap opera as Mateo Santos in 1995, leaving along with his wife in 2002.

Look for the adorable twosome to return for a pair of episodes on January 4 and 5.

Rebecca Budig to Recur on All My Children

As fans of All My Children know, the drama is undergoing major cast changes as it moves its set across the country.

Long-time star Thorsten Kaye is leaving, for example.

But Rebecca Budig (Greenlee) "is definitely coming back," a show insider says, though another source claims she'll just return in a recurring capacity, just like Chrishell Stause.

"Rebecca has told ABC she doesn't want to sign a long term contract, but that could change," said this source.

In other casting news: Natalie Hall is taking over the role of Colby this fall.

Natalie Hall Takes Over as Colby on All My Children

Welcome to the daytime television, Natalie Hall.

Or, really, to television in general.

The unknown actress is coming to All My Children, as she's set to replace Brianne Moncrief in the role of Colby.

Hall will begin taping in mid-October, though no initial airdate has been announced yet.

With its move to Los Angeles, All My Children will be undergoing a major cast shake-up. Long-time favorite Thorsten Kaye is out as Zach, for instance.

We'll provide fans with more casting news as it breaks.

Thorsten Kaye: Exiting All My Children

All My Children is moving to Los Angeles.

As a result, the Internet has been rumbling with rumors of which stars will - and, more importantly - will not make the move to the West Coast.

Now, the series has confirmed the status of its main cast. The following actors/actresses will all be heading across the country to continue filiming the series:

  • Susan Lucci (Erica)
  • David Canary (Adam)
  • Michael E. Knight (Tad)
  • Vincent Irizarry (David)
  • Debbi Morgan (Angie)
  • Darnell Williams (Jesse)

The biggest name not relocating? Thorsten Kaye, pictured.

The actor tape his final scenes as Zach over the next few days, while the show is still based in New York.

All My Children Casting News: Beth Ehlers Out, BethAnn Bonner

Beth Ehlers is the latest actor to get the axe from All My Children, following in the recently-fired footsteps of Aiden Turner.

However, the show's casting door is also swinging the other way: On November 6, BethAnn Bonner - best known for her run as Talia on One Life to Live - has joined the show.

She'll make her All My Children debut in the recurring role of Kat, a character that will figure into Kendall and Aidan's storyline, later this fall.

All My Children Lets Go of Aiden Turner

First, Jennifer Morrison on House.

Now, Aiden Turner on All My Children.

The long-time soap star confirmed to Soap Opera Digest that he's been let go as Aidan Devane from the daytime drama. It's a role he's portrayed since 2002.

"After November 6, no more Aidan Devane," the actor said. "I had a meeting with [producer] Julie [Hanan Carruthers], and she said, 'I hate to tell you this, but I have to give you your notice.' I was shocked."

We're guessing many All My Children fans feel the same way. We're also guessing it won't take Turner long to find a new gig.
