Seinfeld Spoiler: A Baby for Elaine!

Wait... a Seinfeld spoiler?!?

What, does this article detail a new time the syndicated series will air in your hometown? Not quite.

With the cast of this iconic sitcom headed to Curb Your Enthusiasm this fall for a unique reunion, Julia-Louis Dreyfus is opening up about what's become of her character.

She told TV Guide Magazine that Elaine Benes has finally found someone that's spone-worthy.

“Elaine has had a baby,” the actress said, adding that “she’s a horrible, terrible mother.”

This sounds amazing.

Curb Your Enthusiasm Spoilers: Lots of Guest Stars, Dating

The Seinfeld reunion coming up this season on Curb Your Enthusiasm is going to be worth watching. But what other guest stars will we see this season?

Curb Your Enthusiasm boss Larry David says, "You will [see Loretta]. I don't want to say how many shows she's going to be in, but you will be seeing her."

Besides Vivica A. Fox, here are just a few others on board: Ted Danson, Bob Einstein, Sharon Lawrence, Richard Lewis, Rosie O'Donnell, Catherine O'Hara, Meg Ryan, Elisabeth Shue, Christian Slater, J.B. Smoove, Mary Steenburgen and Sherry Stringfield.

What else can we expect from this awkward gentleman?

As for Larry David himself, he is diving back into the dating pool this season. As seen in the trailer released recently, Larry was attempting to make love to a woman in a wheelchair, but that won't be the only hot and heavy action he gets.

Says LD, "There's a little dating, yes. I think there are two dating shows, and they were fun." Does that Cheryl Hines is back? "Cheryl is back in it, yes, she's in it."

Coming to Curb Your Enthusiasm: A Seinfeld Reunion!

It took more than a decade, but we have a feeling this will be worth the wait:

The cast of Seinfeld will reunite, in an ongoing storyline, on the upcoming season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

While this was initially reported a few weeks ago, star Larry David sat down with reporters at the Television Critics Association summer press tour yesterday and expounded on what viewers can look forward to.

Take it away, Seinfeld creator!

"The context is that for years I've been asked about a Seinfeld reunion," he told the media. "I would always say, 'No. There's not going to be a reunion show. We would never do that. It's a lame idea.' And then I thought it might be very funny to do that on Curb. I kept thinking about it. I started to think of different scenarios and how we can pull this off. I called Jerry and Jerry was game. I said, 'Well, I'll call the others.' And I did and we did it. So we're doing a Seinfeld reunion show on Curb."

Seinfeld reunion

What, exactly, will this entail?

"We're going to see writing. We'll see aspects of the read-through, parts of rehearsals," David said. "You'll see the show being filmed and you'll see it on TV. You won't see the entire show. You'll see parts of the show. You'll get an an idea of what happened 11 years later. It will be incorporated into regular Curb episodes, so the castmembers will be playing themselves on Curb while all of this is going on."

David added that the unique storyline will comprise five episodes total. Jerry Seinfeld will appear on all five that are related to his former sitcom, while other cast members might only appear on four.

The Curb Your Enthusiasm season finale will then focus on this contrived, sure-to-be hilarious Seinfeld reunion. We can't wait.

Meg Ryan to Guest Star on Curb Your Enthusiasm

Acclaimed actress Meg Ryan will guest star in an upcoming episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm, according to Entertainment Weekly. Call it When Larry Met Sally?

The film star will pop up early in the seventh season of Larry David's HBO comedy, which returns in September for its seventh season after a lengthy hiatus.

This season will also feature a multi-episode story line that reunites the Seinfeld cast. Larry David, of course, co-created and produced Seinfeld with Jerry.

Seinfeld Cast Coming to Curb Your Enthusiasm

The four stars of NBC's long-running comedy and one of the most successful shows of all time - Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander, and Michael Richards - will be featured in a multiple-episode story arc on Curb Your Enthusiasm this fall.

Curb Your Enthusiasm was created by and stars Larry David, the co-creator of Seinfeld. Larry David, interestingly never appeared on Seinfeld except as the hilarious voice of slightly-insane Yankees owner George Steinbrenner, who was George's boss.

The cameos will mark the first time that all four actors have appeared together in a scripted TV show since Seinfeld went off the air nearly 11 years ago.

Seinfeld Cast

No date has officially been set for this event, or for the premiere of Curb Your Enthusiasm seventh season, which is slated for 2009 and will run for 10 weeks.

The episodes, which are currently shooting in L.A., appear to represent a continuation of David's relationship with the Seinfeld stars. Seinfeld, Louis-Dreyfus, and Alexander have made individual appearances on CYE over the years.

Q: Any news on Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 7?

A: Only that Sharon Lawrence is on board. And I do mean only that. "I can't talk about what I am going to be doing this season," she told us at last Friday's Women in Film pre-Oscar party. "I will say I had a blast on that show. You get a chance to experiment." Um, good to know. The NYPD Blue alum was significantly more forthcoming about her hopes to return to Privileged as Megan's mom if that show is renewed. "I want to come back and try to redeem my character - apparently, she had a very good reason why she took that money. She is not as hard-hearted as one might think. Or so I was told by the writers."
