Desperate Housewives Spoilers: Same Sex Kiss Ahead!

Julie Benz made quite the impression on Desperate Housewives last night, debuting as a stripper named Robin.

The former Dexter star will apparently make an even bigger impression on a fellow character in a few weeks, however.

As first reported by TV Guide Magazine, viewers should expect Katherine and Robin to get especially close later this month.

“Everyone assumed I was going to come in and break up someone’s marriage, but there’s a whole different twist,” Benz said in an interview, and proves in the upcoming scene below:

Desperate Smooch

The actress goes on to explain the smooch above:

“This kiss comes out of a funny moment where we’re trying to ditch some guys,” he said, while Delany adds:

“I asked, ‘Am I becoming a man?’ And [creator] Marc Cherry said, ‘Close' For a woman in her fifties to make this announcement to her community is huge. I hope it sticks.”

So do many male viewers, but we can't help but ask:

Is this a logical storyline for the character? Or a publicity stunt for the show?

First Look: Julie Benz on Desperate Housewives

Rest easy, Dexter fans: Rita is alive, well... and looking sort of skanky!

Indeed, Julie Benz - best known for playing Dexter's wife on that Showtime hit, until she fell victim to The Trinity Killer on the season four finale - resurfaces on primetime TV at the end of this month.

She guest stars for multiple episodes on Desperate Housewives as Debbie, an intelligent stripper that befriends Susan. Benz debuts on January 31 and we've got your first look at the actress in her new role below:

Desperate Housewives Spoilers: A Look Into the Future (We Know Who Dies!)

After weeks of hype, the 2009 finale of Desperate Housewives left viewers with more questions than answers.

Yes, a plane crashed into Wisteria Lane, leaving a couple characters dead. But while we take a moment to mourn Nurse Mona, we're left to wonder about the identity of the other deceased individual.

Is it Orson or Karl? While the bloody hand sticking out of Santa's Workshop looks ladylike, no fan in his his/her right mind thinks Bree is actually a goner.

Bolen Family Secrets to Be Revealed on Desperate Housewives

Earlier this week, The National Enquirer reported that Drea de Matteo was leaving Desperate Housewives.

This is untrue, though many viewers might not mind if it were, considering the growing frustration over the actress' character and her slow-moving storyline.

But Beau Mirchoff (Danny Bolen, pictured) has a message for fans: be patient!

Danny Bolen

He told Fancast.com that mysteries surrounding the Bolens will "become more clear in the next few episodes." The family might not be hiding out on Wisteria Lane for evil reasons.

Before the major reveal takes place, Angie will attempt to relocate her brood, Mirchoff said, adding: “An event happens that puts our family in an awkward position."

Might that event be the much-hyped December 6 plane crash? Readers continue to chime in about who will die following that tragic accident.

Who Will Die on Desperate Housewives?

At this point, it's no major spoiler to reveal that a plane crashes on to Wisteria Lane on December 6.

But executive producer Marc Cherry has spilled more on this mid-season cliffhanger to TV Guide Magazine, saying the incident will claim the lives of three characters: one minor, one central and one major who’s been on since season one.

Humilated at School

Clearly, we're most interested in the identity of the significant character. Might it be the man pictured above?

“The fans are going to be sad over this one, but it was a good time to end this character’s story line.," Cherry said, who praised the fired actor for taking the news “with a lot of class."

“This person stood up at our table read and told everyone what a joy it was to be a part of the show."

That's great and all... but WHO IS IT? Chime in with your comments/thoughts/guesses now.

Details Emerge on Desperate Housewives Plane Crash

We know two things about the upcoming place crash on Desperate Housewives:

  1. It will take place on December 6;
  2. Dan Castellaneta will pilot the wayward jet.

Now, thanks to a new report courtesy of E! News, more details have emerged regarding this mid-season cliffhanger.

For starters, the the plane will crash into the home of one of the four ladies seen below:

The Core Four

The odds seem to be in Bree's (unfortunate) favor, as sources also say Bree and Orson will be trapped inside their house.

Because other insiders say a "fan favorite" will die in the wreck, our money is on Orson. But we won't know the answer until early 2010, when the series returns from its winter hiatus.
