Greek Season Finale Scoop: A Kappa Tau Graduation

On the October 26 episode of Greek, Casey will choose between Evan and Cappie.

While fans get excited for that resolution, series creator Sean Smith spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the November 2 third season finale.

The ambitious episode is actually musical-based, as Smith explains:

"Our girls' story is centered around a traditional sorority competition called ‘Songfest.' [They perform] some big song-and-dance numbers as they go up against Gamma Psi to get the house back on top.”

Hence, the return of High School Musical actress Olesya Rulin. She portrays ZBZ pledge Abby, who Smith teases throws out some “great HSM references” throughout the hour. There's also this nugget:

“One of our Kappa Taus graduates. That’s right, I used the G-word," Smith said.

As always, we'll recap each episide in full after it ends; providing the latest Greek quotes and photos from the week.

Greek Season Three Preview: Catfights, Cappie and More!

The third season of Greek kicks off on August 31.

To prepare fans for new episodes of this hit ABC Family series, E! News sat down with stars Amber Stevens and Dilshad Vadsaria to get the full dish on what's to come. Here are excerpts from the interviews...

Dilshad, on where Greek picks up: We start where we left off and there's flashbacks to the End of the World party that show the audience things no one knew about in the season finale. Every character is affected by what happens at this party. Rebecca did something really bad to a friend. She really hurt a really good friend, so she's trying to make up for it. It's somebody who she cares about, and Rebecca doesn't do that for everybody. In this case, Rebecca is actually apologetic, and she does truly feel bad and tries to redeem herself. Maybe not in the best way, but she tries.

Stevens, on a catfight to come: Rebecca, Casey and Ashleigh are [at each other's throats]. It's pretty funny.

Stevens, on the future of Cappie and Casey: The question will be answered this season. You'll have to wait a little bit to really get into what's going to happen, but first episode back Casey and Cappie are going to figure it out. You'll get some sort of answer right at the beginning of the season. I don't know that Ashleigh really approves Cappie for Casey, but she knows they're meant for each other.

Stevens, on upcoming guest stars: Olivia Munn causes a love dispute between some of the boys on the show; she starts somewhat of a triangle with the boys. Nora Kirkpatrick comes on the show as one of the Panhellenic leaders, and she's really funny.

Olivia Munn Lands Recurring Role on Greek

Greek just got a lot hotter.

Aspiring actress, TV host and Playboy cover girl Olivia Munn has joined the cast. She'll take on the recurring role of Lana, a waitress that doesn’t realize just how gorgeous she really is, when the series returns next season.

Munn, who hosts G4's popular Attack of the Show, has also landed a small role in Iron Man 2.
