TV's top-rated show will ring in the holidays with a guest star-filled episode on December 15.

Ralph Waite will return on that date as Gibbs's father, while TV Guide Magazine reports a pair of other semi-big names have signed on for roles on the NCIS installment titled "Faith."

Corey Reynolds (The Closer's Sgt. David Gabriel, pictured) will play a naval chaplain that assists the team with its investigation.

Meanwhile, Joe Regalbuto (best known as Frank Fontana on Murphy Brown) will play a reverend whose son turns up dead.

On other casting news, Robert Wagner will show up as Tony's father on NCIS' 150th episode.

A future episode of NCIS promises a pair of exciting guest stars:

1. Actor Chris Bruno, pictured, best known for his role as Sheriff Bannerman on The Dead Zone and a former recurring All My Children character;
2. Jet pack technology.

As fans of the highest-rated show on TV know, McGee has an obsession with this type of technology. Look for it resurface in an upcoming episode when, according to Entertainment Weekly, he tackles a murder case involving it.

NCIS fans are excited over the announcement that Meredith Eaton will guest star on a future episode of the show.

Now, they can also start buzzing about this unique casting tidbit:

Ray Maybus, The United States Secretary of the Navy, will make an appearance on the November 24 episode of the show, titled "Child's Play." He'll play an NCIS agent.

In the episode, Gibbs and company must place their Thanksgiving plans on hold when the investigation of a dead Marine leads them into the life of a 12-year-old prodigy, who might be the killer's next target.

Lisa Sheridan and Francis Capra will also guest star.

NCIS is not short on great guest stars. Most recently, the drama announced that Robert Wagner would appear as Tony's father on the show's 150th episode.

Now, it's been revealed that a well-known, vertically-challenged actress is also coming on board the top-rated show on TV.

Meredith Eaton - who has appeared on CSI and House; and who enjoyed an extended run on Boston Legal - will portray Abby's former college friend and fellow lab tech on an upcoming installment. She'll visit Abby for advice.

Pauley Perrette (Abby) and Eaton are close friends in real life.

Earlier today, Michael Weatherly spoke on his beloved NCIS character of Tony.

Now, following a CBS casting announcement, the actor probably has a lot more to say: Robert Wagner will portray Tony's father on the 150th episode of TV's top-rated series. The milestone installment will air in January.

On the small screen, Wagner most recently appeared on five episodes of Two and a Half Men in 2007-2008.

In a coincidental twist, Weatherly played Wagner in the 2004 TV movie The Mystery of Natalie Wood.

Rena Sofer has nabbed a potentially recurring role on NCIS.

The beautiful actress - who has appeared on 24, Heroes and Two and a Half Men, among other shows - will play an attorney on TV's top-rated show.

No word yet on when she'll premiere or how mny episodes she'll appear on.
