• August 18: Nicholas Rodriguez debut as Nick, a character Kyle uses in an attempt to make Fish jealous. 
• August 28: Michael Lowry first airs as a recasted Ross Rayburn.
• September 3: Saundra Santiago takes over the role of Carlotta Vega.
• September 10: Frankie Faison and Tonye Patano premiere as Richard and Phylicia Evans.

Board meetings and starting admissions are the focus of next week's One Life To Live episodes...

• The Llanview Hospital board meets to discuss the possibility of reinstating Marty.
• Jessica to Marty (Susan Haskell, pictured): I see dead people.
• Rex and Gigi have it out over her kiss with Schuyler.
• Blair tells Rex to locate Ross Rayburn.

As the August weather heats up, so will the action on One Life To Live.

Viewers can look forward to the following developments later this summer...

Jonathan Phillips - who is actually the nephew of Gone With the Wind actress Barbara O'Neil - told The Greenwich Gazette last month that he was hired as  "a Russian mobster."

There's talk around the Internet that Cole's undercover mission to take down Llanview's drug ring may lead to the kidnapping of Starr and Hope by Russian mobsters. Uh-oh!

Among other August casting notes:

• Michael Lowry debuts as Ross Rayburn on August 28. His characters is tracked down by Blair.
• Patrick Allen Cole returns as Rodi's Manager Jeff on Monday, August 17.

Greg, Destiny and Shaun have parents on One Life to Live.

Tonye Patano (pictured, Weeds) and Frankie Faison (The Wire; formerly Frankie on All My Children) will portray Phylicia and Richard Evans. Viewers can expect the reunion to take place on Thursday, September 10.
