He won't be singing the classic "All Night Long," but Lionel Richie will still be performing later this year on One Life to Live.

The soulful crooner will show up in July, as he famous follows in the footsteps of Mary J. Blige, The Pussy Cat Dolls and Snoop Dogg as artists that have sung on the soap opera.

Richie is expected to perform his new song "Just Go."

From the mean high school hallways of New York City to the sex-filled world of Llanview.

Soaps.com reports that Amanda Setton will appear some time in July on One Life to Live. The actress is best known for her role as Penelope on Gossip Girl.

The young, rising star will portray a character named Summer.

Welcome to One Life to Live, Matt Walton.

The actor has joined the series as a lawyer named Elijah Kent. We can confirm that he's already filmed one scene with Robert S. Woods.

Walton has previously appeared as Terry on All My Children and enjoyed a small role on Guiding Light.

Might we soon have another Nuke on our hands?

According to TV Guide Canada, One Life to Live's Fish (Scott Evans) and Kyle (Brett Claywell) "will be involved in a romantic storyline."

Not much else is known about it at this time, but sounds promising!

On the week ahead, the following developments take place on One Life To Live...

• Brody is knocked unconscious .
• Rex grows jealous of Gigi and Schuyler.
• Gigi and Stacy face off.
• Shaun (Sean Ringgold, pictured) asks Rachel out on a date.

Due to a holiday, there are just four episodes next week of One Life To Live. But the following developments will take place during these installment...

• Stacy drugs Rex.

• Nora (Hillary B. Smith, pictured) reveals her engagement to Bo.

• Bess sets out to track down Nash’s parents.

• Cole and Starr are shocked to learn their baby is alive.

According to Soap Opera Digest, Catherine Hickland will return to One Life to Live in June.

The actress' exact airdate isn't know yet, nor is there world on whether Lindsay will break free from Statesville Prison. However, a show spokesperson said:

"She will interact with someone for whom she has made quite a bit of trouble for in the past."
