To the producers: You got a great show going on, even the reruns are great to watch (and god knows there are plenty of them). Keep on cutting down on your cast members, who are all terrific,well like by fans of the show, and very complementary to one another and you will loose viewers to others series(such as "without a trace"...). Look at past shows and you will see that if they stayed so many seasons on TV it is not just because of th script but also the actors performing it. By the way, my niece is a police's profiler in Europe (she goes to every horrific moments and more you see on the show), and she told me that of all the americans series being showed there, "Criminal minds" is the one that comes "closer" to her daily job.

Boy they are just cleaning house. Never in my history of television have I seen a show that in short timespan gets rid of cast members. Depressing!
