We watched as Elijah practiced compulsion for the very first time, breaking his brother's heart in the process. Unbeknownst to Klaus, of course. The noble and patient older brother soon realized that this power could be very, very useful for the Mikaelson siblings. And thus, the "unholy trinity" was born.
Tonight on The Originals Season 3 Episode 6, we'll learn how Tristan, Aurora, and Lucien became such a powerful trio, and the ways in which Elijah was responsible. The plan set in motion a chain of events which will lead us to the present day.
