I think Mr Clark is the guy that gets shot in the chest! if you look at the scene where he walks past Meredith, he is wearing a white shirt. So I get a feeling that he must've put on the doctor's coat to avoid the police and pretend that he is one of the hospital staff (hence, the white coat and the white shirt). My guess is Clark.

And the shooter is the guy that got pissed at Derek for "killing" his wife. abc.com has the first 10 minutes of the finale (that's how I know that girl dies)

It is derek:(! Horrible ofcourse, but the shooter must be the guy that was pist because derek decided to 'kill' his wive. The one who thought he could suw Derek(two episodes ago).
I really don't want this to happen... but I'm affraid it would.

I don't think that its going to be derek who gets shot because it says on the caption thing that meredith and cristina's surgical skills will be put to the test and meredith wouldn't operate on derek

It's so suspenseful having to wait until Thursday. I have to say, the promo Death is spooky. The music and that bullet rushing toward its victim makes my hair stand up.

Well one thing's out: The one who die's is NOT a girl. Look closely at the part where the bullet enters the chest. It's got broad set arms and no hips, it HAS to be a guy.

I think it is Derek that gets shot, but he won't die because he IS signed up for 1 or 2 more seasons. If someone DOES die for sure though, I hope it's one of the Mercy West people (except for Jackson Avery, I love him!) or Teddy, or Owen because I don't really like those characters. I hope Merideth is pregnant though, I've been waiting and waiting for like 3 seasons now! bahaha.
This episode looks like one of the best for the whole season!

Guys, it says "Who will FALL", not necessarily DIE!
It could be Baily or Hunt getting hit.
Do we know something about their contracts?
But as said, they don't have to die.
CAN'T WAIT!!!
And oh, Mer being pregnant is not really a surprise but nice anyway.
